Travel Sales Executive

• Handle inbound and outbound travel inquiries via phone, email, or chat.

• Understand client travel requirements and recommend appropriate travel packages (flights, hotels, tours, visas, insurance, etc.).

• Convert leads into confirmed bookings by delivering persuasive, well-informed travel solutions.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

• Coordinate with travel suppliers, airlines, hotels, and local vendors to secure competitive rates and availability.

• Prepare customized itineraries and travel quotations based on customer preferences.

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

• Maintain accurate records of bookings, customer interactions, and payments.

• Provide post-sales support and resolve customer concerns promptly.
