Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities in target markets.
Call, email, and meet potential clients to explain our products/services.
Set up meetings and give simple, clear presentations to clients.
Understand what the client needs and suggest the right solution.
Keep good relationships with existing clients and offer more products when possible.
Work closely with marketing and product teams to plan and improve sales efforts.
Work to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Keep client information updated in our CRM system and share reports with your manager.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in Business, Marketing, or a similar field.
1 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales (selling to businesses).
Basic understanding of how business sales work.
Good at talking, listening, and convincing people.
Confident and motivated to meet targets.
Comfortable using MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and CRM tools.
Able to work alone and also with a team.
