Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand clients' financial goals and suggest suitable products (Equity, F&O, Mutual Funds, SIPs, etc.).
Cross-sell financial products and services to maximize wallet share.
Generate new business through references, networking, and cold calling.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and handle client queries promptly.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory norms.
Track and achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs on a monthly/quarterly basis.
Provide regular updates and reports to the team lead/manager.
Graduate in any discipline (Finance background preferred).
NISM Certifications (Series VIII: Equity Derivatives, Series V-A: Mutual Funds) preferred or must be completed within 3 months of joining.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in financial services, broking, or relationship management.
Strong knowledge of financial markets and investment products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
Goal-oriented with a strong sales mindset.
