Position - "Area Sales Manager"

Job Responsibilities :
Identify business growth opportunities across the zone, build direct corporate / channel partner/ Uniform School dealers / new client acquisition strategies and tap growth opportunities to achieve zonal targets.
Augment the business volumes in the region, manage client databases and tap them through constant follow-up and regular visits.
Drive relationships with key clients, faster TAT and cross selling initiatives in order to increase the client base of the Region
Scan the zonal market for all categories and its competitive offerings on a periodic basis; report on emerging trends and business opportunities for the said segment to the head office.
Engage with channel partners and develop PAD ( a touch point) management system for faster customer connectivity & reach.
Conduct engagement programs at Corporate Level for Safety Shoes and have regular sales training to develop channel partners.
Meet Uniform dealers and engage them for business opportunities.
Experience Required:
Proven experience of 5-7 years iny from may have exposure in retail sales ( exposure in footwear industry would be an added advantage)
