Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the textile industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling B2B sales, developing client relationships, and expanding the customer base in both domestic markets.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and nurture leads through a structured sales pipeline until conversion.

• Share product samples, catalogs, and pricing with prospective clients.

• Understand client requirements and convince them of the product’s quality, value, and suitability.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, wholesalers, and manufacturers.

• Handle end-to-end lead management including follow-ups, negotiations, and closing deals.

• Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery and service.

• Maintain accurate sales records, including client data, leads, orders, and payments.

• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market movements.

• Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management team.

Requirements:

• 1–4 years of proven B2B sales experience in textiles or related industries.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Basic understanding of fabrics, textiles, and the garment industry.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and team player.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
