We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Executive to promote and sell our software solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the enterprise software market, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to drive sales growth through client acquisition and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and identify potential clients for BPM and DMS solutions.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable software products.
Conduct product demos, presentations, and solution walkthroughs.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term engagement.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts with clients.
Collaborate with the technical team to deliver custom solutions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
Maintain CRM records and provide timely sales reports to the management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or related field.
1–4 years of experience in B2B software sales.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools, lead generation techniques, and the sales cycle.
Ability to understand technical products and explain them to non-technical clients.
Proactive, target-oriented, and self-motivated individual.
Preferred:
Experience in selling SaaS-based or enterprise software solutions.
Knowledge of workflow automation, document management, or business process tools.
