Role Overview: Sales Executive - Real Estate (Navi Mumbai Division)
We are looking for highly driven and target-focused Sales Executives to drive premium residential sales in the Navi Mumbai Region. This is a client-facing role, ideal for someone who thrives on meaningful conversations, building trust, and closing high-ticket deals.
The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with potential clients, conducting market research, organizing and attending sales meetings, and negotiating deals
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with qualified leads and conduct high-impact sales presentations
• Conduct physical and virtual site visits with potential buyers
• Nurture client relationships with a consultative and solution-oriented approach
• Stay updated with current inventory, pricing, offers, and market trends
• Maintain accurate data and follow-ups through
CRM tools
• Collaborate with senior advisors and developers to close deals efficiently
• Be proactive in expanding your client base through referrals and outreach
Key Qualifications:
• 1 to 3 years of real estate sales experience
• Proven ability to manage the entire sales cycle — from lead to closure
• Strong understanding of Mumbai's real estate landscape and project inventory
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
• Proficient in CRM and follow-up management tools
