Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive with a proven track record in real estate or infrastructure sales. You will play a critical role in generating leads, closing deals, and building long-term relationships with clients to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client visits Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and key stakeholders Conduct site visits, project presentations, and product demonstrations to potential clients Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with company sales targets Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and campaigns Provide market feedback on customer needs, competitors, pricing, and trends

Key Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate, construction, or related sectors Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
