Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably in the construction or real estate sector.
Strong knowledge of construction projects, building materials, and real estate market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Experience selling residential or commercial real estate or construction services.
Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
