Job Description

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote residential and commercial building projects.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives/representatives.

  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, architects, real estate agents, and clients.

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to assess effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional campaigns and materials.

  • Oversee the negotiation and closing of deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably in the construction or real estate sector.

  • Strong knowledge of construction projects, building materials, and real estate market dynamics.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience selling residential or commercial real estate or construction services.

  • Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction processes.

  • MBA or relevant professional certification is a plus.
