Role: Customer Sales Executive – TATA AIA Process

📍 Location: Kadubeesanahalli, Bengaluru

💰 Salary: ₹24,000 CTC (₹20,000 in-hand)

Role Responsibilities:

·        Handle inbound & outbound calls with potential customers for the TATA AIA Life Insurance process.

·        Explain product details (life insurance, policies, benefits) clearly and convincingly.

·        Understand customer needs and suggest suitable insurance plans.

·        Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining quality standards.

·        Build and maintain positive relationships with customers for repeat business.

·        Update customer records and follow compliance guidelines as per company policy.

·        Work closely with the team leader/manager to improve performance and meet process KPIs.

Key Skills Required:

·        Good communication skills (English + Hindi/Regional).

·        Sales & persuasion skills with a customer-centric attitude.

·        Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on CRM tools.

·        Target-oriented mindset with willingness to learn about insurance products.
