Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling site visits, converting prospects into clients, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and follow up on leads through calls, walk-ins, referrals, and digital platforms

  • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties

  • Arrange and conduct site visits with potential buyers

  • Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and legal formalities

  • Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to close deals

  • Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly basis

  • Maintain customer database and update CRM regularly

  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, legal, accounts)

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships
