Job Description

Flowguards is looking for a Sales Executive/ Sales Manager to drive sales, develop new customers and generate business opportunities for our industrial pumps and water-treatment products.

The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations, regular follow-ups, developing new clients and converting enquiries into orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through calls, leads, references and market visits.

• Handle incoming sales enquiries and customer requirements.

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable pump/product solutions.

• Prepare and share quotations, product details and commercial proposals.

• Regularly follow up with customers for enquiry-to-order conversion.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Coordinate with the production, dispatch and accounts teams for order execution.

• Maintain proper records of leads, enquiries, quotations and sales follow-ups.

• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.

• Support the sales team in developing business from water treatment, RO plants, industrial and commercial projects.
  

Required Skills

• Good communication and sales skills.

• Good follow-up and lead-conversion skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office and email communication.
  

Preferred Experience

Experience in Pumps | Water Treatment | RO Plants | Industrial Products | Mechanical Products | B2B Sales will be an advantage.

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 2–5 years of experience in Sales / B2B Sales / Industrial Sales preferred.

• MBA in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.
