• Student Counseling:

• Counsel prospective students (via calls, emails, chats, or in-person) regarding academic programs, eligibility, and admission requirements.

• Understand students’ career goals and guide them in choosing appropriate courses.

• Lead Management:

• Follow up on student inquiries and leads generated through various channels (walk-ins, phone calls, online, events, etc.).

• Assist applicants in completing application forms and documentation.

• Coordinate with academic departments and admission committees for timely processing of applications.
