Sales Executive

A Real Estate Sales Executive is responsible for driving property sales by identifying and engaging with potential clients, showcasing properties, negotiating deals, and managing client relationships. They play a crucial role in achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and negotiation skills. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

  • Identifying and developing relationships with potential clients interested in buying, selling, or renting properties. 

  • Conducting property viewings and presentations to showcase properties and their features. 

  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships. 

• Sales Process Management:

• Guiding clients through the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal. 

• Negotiating sales agreements and ensuring smooth transactions. 

• Preparing and processing necessary documentation and contracts.
