Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Tele Sales & Direct Sales Executive responsible for outbound calling, lead generation, and direct sales conversion. The role involves interacting with prospective customers, generating qualified leads, following up, and closing sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Tele Sales & Calling
Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided databases or self-generated leads
Explain company products/services clearly and confidently
Identify customer needs and present suitable solutions
Follow up with interested prospects to move them through the sales funnel
Maintain accurate call records and lead status in CRM or Excel
Lead Generation
Generate qualified leads through cold calling, referrals, and direct outreach
Collect and verify customer information (contact details, requirements, budget)
Schedule appointments or product demos for the sales team (if required)
Consistently meet daily/weekly lead generation targets
Direct Sales (Field / In-person, if applicable)
Visit potential customers for product presentation and pitch
Build strong relationships with clients and channel partners
Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals
Ensure customer satisfaction post-sale
Sales & Reporting
Achieve assigned sales targets, call targets, and conversion ratios
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports
Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and competitor offerings

Educational Qualification
Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline
MBA / Sales & Marketing certification is an added advantage
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in Tele Sales, Direct Sales, B2B/B2C Sales, or Lead Generation
Freshers with strong communication skills and sales mindset are welcome
