Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research.

• Generate leads and convert them into sales for corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, product launches, weddings, and other event services.

• Meet prospective clients to understand their event objectives and present suitable event solutions.

• Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and contracts.

• Negotiate pricing and terms with clients to close deals successfully.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

• Coordinate with event planning and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates in CRM systems.

• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote company services.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the events, hospitality, advertising, or related industry.

• Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
