Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for bread and bakery products.

• Develop and manage a strong network of General Trade outlets (kirana stores, bakeries, small groceries).

• Appoint new retailers and expand distribution within the assigned territory.

• Ensure 100% product availability and proper stock rotation (FIFO) at retail counters.

• Execute in-store visibility, branding, and promotional activities.

• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, schemes, and market trends.

• Collect secondary sales data and submit daily/weekly sales reports.

• Coordinate with distributor salesmen, delivery teams, and warehouse for smooth supply.

• Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy outstanding levels.

• Handle retailer complaints and ensure quick resolution to maintain strong relationships.
