We are looking for dynamic and result-driven Sales Executives to handle customer site visits and close plot sales. The ideal candidate should be confident, target-oriented, and capable of converting qualified leads into successful bookings.
Key Responsibilities
Attend and manage site visits scheduled by the telecalling team
Explain project details, pricing, approvals (DC Converted, DTCP Approved, A Khata), and offers to customers
Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships
Handle objections and negotiate effectively
Follow up with interested prospects until closure
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
Coordinate with CRM and documentation team for booking & registration process
Maintain daily visit and sales reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication and convincing skills
Presentable and professional appearance
Fluency in English + Kannada (other regional languages added advantage)
Good negotiation and closing skills
Basic knowledge of real estate sales preferred
Two-wheeler & valid driving license preferred
Experience
1–3 years of experience in real estate / field sales preferred
Freshers with strong confidence and sales attitude can apply
