Sales Executive

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our bridal store team. You will play a key role in delivering a memorable shopping experience to brides-to-be and their families by offering expert guidance, product knowledge, and personalized service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a warm, professional manner.

• Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable bridal wear and accessories.

• Maintain deep knowledge of current collections, styles, fabric options, fittings, and trends.

• Support brides in trying on outfits, offering honest and helpful advice.

• Maintain visual merchandising and overall cleanliness of the showroom.

• Handle billing, payments, and ensure accurate order documentation.

• Follow up with customers regarding fittings, alterations, and delivery timelines.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.

• Maintain client records and ensure exceptional after-sales service.

• Handle customer complaints with patience and professionalism.

• Stay updated with bridal fashion trends and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail sales (bridal/fashion/apparel preferred).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong sense of style and attention to detail.

• Confident, patient, and customer-service oriented.

• Ability to work weekends and extended hours during wedding season.

• High school diploma or equivalent (fashion-related education is a plus).

Preferred Skills:

• Fluency in English and local languages.

• Basic computer and billing system knowledge.

• Pleasant personality and a passion for bridal fashion.
