Handle inquiries from prospective residents regarding room availability, pricing, amenities, and facilities.
Convert leads into confirmed bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
Conduct property visits and provide prospective residents with property tours.
Follow up with potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Maintain a database of leads, inquiries, bookings, and customer interactions.
Build relationships with corporate clients, colleges, educational institutions, and working professionals to generate business.
Coordinate with property management and operations teams to ensure smooth check-ins.
Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
