Working Hours: Mon–Fri: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM | Sat: 10:00 AM–4:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for Telecalling & Sales Executives to handle abandoned sales follow-ups, customer calls, CRM management, and sales conversions. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication, strong sales skills, and be comfortable working with CRM and AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls for abandoned sales/order follow-ups.

• Follow up with customers through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.

• Understand customer requirements, resolve queries, and convert leads into sales.

• Maintain customer details, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.

• Track leads, conversions, pending follow-ups, and sales opportunities.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Use AI tools to improve customer communication and productivity.

• Coordinate with internal teams for customer and order-related queries.

• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Inside Sales, or similar roles.

• Fluent English communication skills.

• Strong sales, persuasion, negotiation, and conversion skills.

• Hands-on experience with CRM tools.

• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new digital tools.

• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT.

• Strong follow-up and customer relationship management skills.

• Target-oriented and results-driven approach.
