Sales Executive

We are looking for a confident, polite and responsible Sales Female who can support daily operations of our jewellery store. The candidate must have strong customer-handling skills, good communication abilities, and an interest in fashion/jewellery. She should be presentable, trustworthy and willing to learn and grow in retail.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction

• Greet every customer with a friendly and welcoming attitude

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery

• Provide styling suggestions and help customers finalize purchases

• Handle customer queries and complaints calmly and professionally

Sales & Billing

• Demonstrate products clearly (material, quality, care instructions)

• Upsell matching products (earrings, rings, pendants)

• Process bills using POS/mobile apps

• Manage cash, card and UPI transactions accurately

Store Management

• Maintain attractive product displays

• Keep counters, shelves and jewellery sections clean and organized

• Manage stock: new arrivals, sold pieces, low-stock alerts

• Assist in daily stock counting and reporting

• Help in product photos/videos if needed

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
