JOB DESCRIPTION – SALES EXECUTIVE (REAL ESTATE)

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through telecalling, referrals, field activities, and direct client interaction.
Handle client follow-ups and understand their property requirements.
Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers to prospective clients.
Convert leads into successful property sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Coordinate with the telecalling and sales team for effective lead management.
Maintain records of client meetings, follow-ups, site visits, and sales activities.
👩 Female Candidates – Inside Sales
Female candidates will primarily handle Inside Sales.
Work will be mainly office-based, including calling, follow-ups, lead management, client coordination, and sales conversion.
No regular field work is required for female candidates.
👨 Male Candidates – Field Sales
Male candidates will be responsible for Field Sales and Client Visits.
Client visits and site visits are compulsory, especially on Saturday & Sunday.
Candidates must be comfortable with regular travel for client meetings and property/site visits.
Own Two-Wheeler/Four-Wheeler with a Valid Driving License is MANDATORY for Male Candidates.
