Job Title: Sales Officer – Consumer Durable Loans

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officer to promote and sell consumer durable loan products. The candidate will be responsible for customer acquisition, relationship management, and achieving sales targets in the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell consumer durable loan products (electronics, appliances, etc.)

• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and customers

• Assist customers with loan applications and documentation

• Ensure quick turnaround time for loan processing

• Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of finance/loan products preferred

Willingness to travel locally

Compensation:

Gross Salary: ₹21,000 per month

Net Salary (In-hand): ₹17,500 per month

Incentives: Performance-based (additional earnings based on targets achieved)
