Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team at AVR Swarna Mahal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, and delivering an exceptional in-store experience in a premium jewellery retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery products
Understand customer needs and provide suitable recommendations
Achieve individual and store sales targets
Maintain product knowledge of gold, diamond, and silver collections
Ensure showroom cleanliness and attractive product displays
Handle billing, invoicing, and basic stock support
Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Requirements:

Proven experience in retail sales (jewellery experience preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented mindset with a pleasing personality
Basic knowledge of jewellery and current trends is an advantage
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
