Job Description

Astrobase Ecom Services is a growing e-commerce service provider specializing in online marketplace management, account handling, catalog management, advertising support, and end-to-end seller solutions across major platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and others.

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to join our team and manage daily marketplace operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage seller accounts on marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.
Handle product listings, catalog creation, and inventory updates.
Monitor order processing, returns, cancellations, and customer queries.
Coordinate with logistics and support teams for smooth order fulfillment.
Optimize product listings with proper titles, descriptions, keywords, and images.
Prepare sales reports and performance analysis.
Manage promotional campaigns and marketplace advertisements.
Ensure account health and compliance with marketplace policies.
Resolve operational issues and coordinate with marketplace support teams
