​Job Summary:
We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our growing team. The primary responsibility will be to expand our merchant network by onboarding new business partners and promoting our digital payment solutions.
​Key Responsibilities:
​Merchant Onboarding: Visit local markets and retail stores to pitch and install QR codes and Soundboxes.
​Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing merchants and resolve their queries.
​Sales Targets: Achieve daily and monthly targets for device installations and active merchant conversions.
​Market Awareness: Keep track of competitor activities and identify new market opportunities.
​Requirements:
​Previous experience in Sales or Field Marketing (experience in Fintech/FMCG is a plus).
​Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
​Must own a two-wheeler and a smartphone.
​Willingness to work in the field and travel within the assigned territory.
