Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in sales. You will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing property sales.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and site visits.

  • Handle incoming inquiries from prospective buyers and provide professional guidance.

  • Schedule and conduct property viewings with clients.

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of available properties, market conditions, pricing, and competition.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

  • Negotiate sales deals and prepare relevant documentation (offers, contracts, etc.).

  • Collaborate with marketing and legal teams to ensure smooth sales processes.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property listings using CRM software.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, property laws, and regulatory guidelines.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).

  • Minimum 1–3 years of real estate or sales experience.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

  • High level of professionalism and customer service.

  • Self-motivated and target-driven.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

  • Valid real estate license (if required by local law).

  • Must own a vehicle and have a valid driver’s license.
