We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in sales. You will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing property sales.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and site visits.
Handle incoming inquiries from prospective buyers and provide professional guidance.
Schedule and conduct property viewings with clients.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of available properties, market conditions, pricing, and competition.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Negotiate sales deals and prepare relevant documentation (offers, contracts, etc.).
Collaborate with marketing and legal teams to ensure smooth sales processes.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property listings using CRM software.
Stay updated on industry trends, property laws, and regulatory guidelines.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 1–3 years of real estate or sales experience.
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
High level of professionalism and customer service.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Valid real estate license (if required by local law).
Must own a vehicle and have a valid driver’s license.
