Core Responsibilities
Sales Generation: Actively promote and sell memberships and add-on products to potential clients to achieve company sales goals.
Customer Engagement & Prospecting: Conduct tours, perform outreach, and build rapport to understand client needs and recommend appropriate membership plans.
Relationship Management: Maintain high-quality service to ensure member retention, handle inquiries, and generate referrals.
Administrative Support: Keep detailed records of leads, interactions, and sales in a CRM system, and manage contract renewals.
Marketing/Promotion: Participate in promotional events and campaigns to attract new prospects.
