We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Export Sales Executive (Online) with 2–3 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating international business opportunities through online platforms, managing overseas customer relationships, handling export inquiries, and achieving sales targets in assigned international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
Identify and develop new international business opportunities through online channels, B2B portals, digital platforms, and email marketing.
Handle inquiries from overseas customers and convert them into business opportunities.
Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and commercial offers to international clients.
Achieve monthly and annual export sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management
Conduct regular follow-ups with existing and prospective clients.
Address customer queries related to products, pricing, documentation, and shipment status.
Export Operations Coordination
Coordinate with internal departments including Production, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Logistics, and Finance for order execution.
Ensure timely processing of export orders and shipment schedules.
Assist in preparing export-related documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Shipping Documents, and other regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in Export Sales, International Business, or Online Sales within the Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industry.
Knowledge of international trade practices and export documentation.
Experience in handling overseas clients.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
