We are looking for a high-performing Sales Executive to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those plans to the upper management.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and current expertise.
Generate leads and follow up on sales inquiries from existing and potential customers.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Submit reports and forecasts to management.
Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure the sales team is on board.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
