We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Executive to manage, analyze, and report sales data efficiently. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining data accuracy, generating insightful reports, and supporting the sales team with real-time information for decision-making.
Maintain and regularly update sales data using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Develop, automate, and optimize trackers and dashboards for sales operations.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on sales performance.
Analyze sales trends, targets, and other performance metrics to support business decisions.
Ensure the accuracy of sales data and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
Coordinate with the sales team to gather inputs and validate report entries.
Prepare and manage reports related to the customer pipeline, conversion ratios, and revenue generation.
Assist management by providing ad-hoc data analysis and customized reports as required.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Conditional Formatting, etc.).
Hands-on experience with Google Sheets (including QUERY, IMPORTRANGE, and data sharing functions).
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and team coordination abilities.
Prior experience in Sales Operations or MIS Reporting will be an added advantage.
Ability to handle large datasets with precision.
Knowledge of automation tools and basic data visualization techniques.
