Sales Executive - Debt Settlement

We are looking for an Executive – Debt Settlement (International Process) to join our team at Company Name.
The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers an in-hand salary of up to ₹42,000 along with performance-based incentives and strong opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify new client opportunities in the international market.

• Build strong, professional relationships with clients through regular voice-based communication.

• Promote debt settlement solutions and services aligned with customer needs.

• Negotiate payment plans and settlements while ensuring compliance with company policies.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and case resolution.

• Track performance metrics and meet assigned revenue and conversion targets.

• Provide regular feedback and market insights to the management team.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate or Undergraduate, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in an international voice sales or debt settlement process. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, excellent English communication, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are essential for this role.

Working Days: 5.5 days per week
