Our esteemed client Leading Japneese MNC is looking for Sr. Sales Engineer

Position: Sales Engineer – Metal Working Fluids
Experience: 3–8 Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma – Mechanical / Production / Chemical preferred

Location: Chennai And Bengaluru /

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business and manage existing industrial customers.

• Promote and sell Metal Working Fluids, Industrial Lubricants, Cutting & Grinding Fluids and related products.

• Develop relationships with OEMs, auto-component manufacturers, machine shops and other manufacturing industries.

• Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations and customer trials.

• Identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions.

• Handle key accounts, distributors and territory sales.

• Prepare quotations, TCO/cost-benefit analysis and sales reports.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

• Achieve sales targets and support customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

• 3–8 years of experience in Technical Sales / Industrial Sales / Lubricant Sales.

• Experience in Metal Working Fluids (MWF), Cutting Fluids, Grinding Fluids, Coolants or Industrial Lubricants preferred.

• Experience in B2B sales to manufacturing/OEM customers.

• Strong communication, negotiation and business development skills.

• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 4 - 6+ years Experience.
