🧩 Key Responsibilities

• Sales Support:

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable machinery.

  • Prepare technical proposals and product demonstrations.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions.

• Service & Maintenance:

  • Install, test, and commission machines at client sites.

  • Diagnose faults and perform preventive maintenance.

  • Provide after-sales support and training to operators.

  • Customer Relationship Management:

    • Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction.

    • Address technical queries and escalate issues when needed.

  • Feedback & Improvement:

  • Relay field feedback to R&D or production teams.

  • Suggest improvements based on customer usage and challenges.

  • Strong understanding of mechanical/electrical systems.

  • Proficiency in diagnostic tools and CAD software.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

  • 1–2 years of experience in Pharma Machine Manufacturing Only.
