Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the co-working or real estate sector, with a passion for sales and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales:

  • Drive both inbound and outbound sales initiatives

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with IPCs (International Property Consultants) and DPCs (Domestic Property Consultants)

  • Actively generate and manage leads through platforms like LinkedIn and other relevant channels

  • Follow up on leads from the marketing team and convert them into paying clients

  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and ensure consistent communication with prospects

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs

Client Coordination & Reporting:

  • Collaborate with the operations team for smooth client onboarding and handover

  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of leads, progress, and sales performance

  • Provide regular updates to the management on sales achievements and market insights

Expected Outcomes:

  • Strong network and rapport established with IPCs and DPCs

  • Consistent lead generation to support monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Achievement of individual and team sales targets.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development within co-working or real estate industries

  • Must be hand experience of Co-working space domain of 1 year plus.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently

  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn and CRM tools for lead generation and sales tracking
