Sales Engineer

Requirements - sales guy

Experience: 2–4 years in sales, preferably in industrial or packaging machinery.

Education/Background: Technical qualification (Engineering/Diploma or equivalent) is preferred.

Strong passion for sales with a “hunter” mindset and aggressive drive to achieve results.

Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.

Ability to understand technical details and explain them clearly to customers.

Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings, demos, and exhibitions.

Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month (based on experience and performance).

Key Responsibilities

Identify, approach, and convert new clients in the packaging machinery sector.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business.

Understand technical specifications of machinery and effectively present solutions to clients.

Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.

Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Collaborate with technical and service teams to ensure smooth execution

of projects.

Provide market feedback and competitor insights to management.
