We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineer to join our team and drive the growth of our HVAC solutions in the manufacturing sector. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and providing technical expertise to promote and sell HVAC products and systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering or HVAC systems and a proven track record in sales.
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote HVAC products to industrial and commercial customers.
· Identify new leads, nurture relationships with existing clients, and build a robust sales pipeline.
· Provide technical support and consultative selling to customers, understanding their HVAC needs and offering tailored solutions.
· Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to ensure the correct specification of products.
· Conduct site visits, system walkthroughs, and customer presentations.
· Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and tender documentation.
· Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale in coordination with the management team.
· Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
· Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by the management.
· Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.
· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field.
· 3–5+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably in HVAC systems or Industrial sales.
· Solid understanding of HVAC design, controls, and applications.
· Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
· Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
· Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
· Experience in B2B industrial or commercial HVAC solutions.
· Knowledge of manufacturing processes and industrial climate control systems.
