Sales Engineer

We are looking for a Sales Engineer to join our team at Mechatronics control Equipment India Pvt Ltd. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers ₹20,000 - ₹50,000 and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate business opportunities for compressed air aluminium piping systems.

• Meet industrial customers, OEMs, consultants, contractors, and factories.

• Conduct site surveys and understand customer requirements.

• Prepare techno-commercial offers and follow up for closures.

• Coordinate with design, projects, and operations teams.

• Develop and maintain customer relationships.

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

• Track competitor activities and market developments.

• Support payment collections and project coordination.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech preferred.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in capital goods or industrial sales.

• Experience in compressor, utility, piping, MEP, or industrial equipment sales preferred.

• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and travel locally for business development.
