Sales Engineer

We are looking for a Sales Engineer to join our team at at Leading Industrial Filtration Company The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers ₹20000 - ₹35000 and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify new client opportunities in the market.

• Build strong, professional relationships with clients through regular communication.

• Promote product and service offerings that align with customer needs.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.

• Monitor industry trends to adapt strategies and stay competitive.

• Provide regular feedback and insights to the management team.

• Talk to customers daily (calls, meetings, follow-ups)

  Convert SQLs into confirmed orders

  Learn filtration basics, applications, and use-cases

  Travel for planned field visits when required

  Prospect new customers regularly

  Maintain CRM discipline and activity tracking

  Coordinate with HO, production, and logistics teams

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 2 years of experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
