Job Description

Key Responsibilities  Provide technical support and application solutions for cutting tools and machining processes.  Conduct product demonstrations and trials at customer locations.  Analyse machining issues and recommend suitable tooling solutions.  Support the sales team in achieving business targets through technical presentations and customer interactions.  Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in the manufacturing industry.  Monitor tooling performance and suggest process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.  Prepare technical reports, trial reports, and application documents.  Coordinate with production and design teams for customized tooling requirements.  Stay updated with the latest machining technologies, CNC processes, and cutting tool applications.
