Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development – Engineering Sales with 3–5 years of experience in selling engineering products, solutions, or services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities within the engineering and industrial sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, consultants, and key stakeholders.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
Promote engineering products, solutions, and services to prospective customers.
Prepare and deliver technical sales presentations, proposals, and commercial offers.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to successfully close deals and achieve sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, projects, operations, and support) to ensure smooth project execution and high customer satisfaction.
Track sales performance, prepare reports, and provide market feedback to management.
Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings to expand market presence.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of proven experience in Engineering Sales.
Strong understanding of engineering products, technical solutions, and industrial services.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong relationship-building and customer management abilities.
Ability to work independently, meets sales targets, and performs in a competitive market.
Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and business development activities.
Preferred Skills
Experience in B2B engineering or industrial sales.
Technical knowledge relevant to the company’s product portfolio.
