We are looking for a dynamic and technically sound Sales Engineer to join our prefabrication division. The role involves generating sales for labour camps, site offices, structural cabins, modular buildings, and custom prefabricated units by identifying customer needs, presenting solutions, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will have prior experience or knowledge in prefabricated or civil/structural solutions.
Identify and generate new business leads in the construction, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.
Promote and sell prefabricated products such as labour accommodations, site offices, portable cabins, and structural enclosures.
Understand client requirements, site conditions, and project specifications to offer suitable prefabricated solutions.
Coordinate with design and production teams for layout finalization and technical proposals.
Prepare quotations, BOQs, and submit competitive offers with clear technical and commercial terms.
Attend client meetings, site visits, and participate in negotiations to close orders.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, builders, and contractors.
Provide regular sales forecasts, updates, and market feedback to the management team.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Ensure post-sales support, coordinate delivery timelines, and follow up for payments.
Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Structural Engineering, or related field
1–4 years of experience in B2B sales or project sales (preferably in prefabricated or construction-related products)
Knowledge of prefabricated structures, modular buildings, or temporary site infrastructure is a plus
Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), AutoCAD (preferred), and CRM tools
Must be willing to travel to project sites and client locations as needed
Sales experience with builders, contractors, infrastructure companies, and project consultants
Kannada language proficiency along with English, Hindi preferred
