Job Description

1. Inside Sales (Offline + Phone Sales):

  • Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and website

  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable blower solutions

  • Prepare and send quotations, follow-ups, and close deals

  • Maintain customer database and track interactions in CRM/Excel

  • Coordinate with technical and service teams for order execution

2. IndiaMART & Online Lead Management:

  • Manage and respond to leads from IndiaMART and other B2B platforms

  • Ensure quick response time (within 5–10 minutes for hot leads)

  • Regularly update product catalog, pricing, and content on IndiaMART

  • Optimize product listings to improve visibility and lead generation

  • Track lead conversion ratio and improve performance

3. Sales Conversion & Target Achievement:

  • Follow structured sales process from inquiry to closure

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion KPIs

  • Upsell and cross-sell products like Side Channel Blowers, Roots Blowers, etc.

  • Maintain strong follow-up system for pending leads
