Job Overview
We are hiring a dynamic Sales Engineer for a leading industrial equipment company specializing in cranes and hoists. This role involves a mix of technical understanding and sales execution, including both office coordination and field visits to industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the industrial sector
Conduct technical presentations and explain crane and hoist specifications
Prepare and share quotations and proposals
Field Marketing & Client Visits
Visit factories and industrial sites to understand client requirements
Recommend suitable crane and hoist solutions
Build strong relationships with purchase managers, engineers, and decision-makers
Digital Lead Management
Handle inquiries from B2B platforms like IndiaMart
Convert leads into business opportunities
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain long-term relationships with clients
Provide basic post-sales support
Reporting & Administration
Maintain daily reports of sales activities and visits
Share market insights and competitor updates
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
2–4 years of experience in B2B sales or industrial field marketing
Strong communication skills in English (Hindi/Marathi preferred)
Willingness to travel for client meetings
Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
