 Handle enquiries generated through digital marketing, websites, property portals and referrals.

 Qualify leads and understand customer requirements.

 Schedule site visits for Sales Executives.

 Conduct regular follow-ups.

 Maintain CRM records and lead status updates.

 Coordinate with sales team for customer appointments.

 Share project details and promotional material with prospects.
