Job Description – Education Sales Executive
Location: Gurugram
Experience: 1–3 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and promote educational products/services to students, parents, schools, and institutions.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable course/program recommendations.
Conduct calls, meetings, and follow-ups with prospective customers.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and institutional clients.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer support.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in Education Sales, EdTech, Inside Sales, or Business Development.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM tools.
Candidates with experience in the education/EdTech sector will be preferred.
