Job Title: *CRM Executive / Client Relationship Manager*
Gender Preference: Female candidates only
Location: On-site (per shared location)
Salary: Up to ₹35,000 / month
*Role Overview*
Manage customer interactions, drive client retention, and ensure smooth post-sales support and query resolution through CRM software and direct communication.
*Key Responsibilities*
Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries, escalations, and onboarding.
Maintain, update, and manage accurate customer data and interaction logs in the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and reduce response turnaround time.
Conduct regular follow-ups to gather client feedback and identify upselling or renewal opportunities.
Requirements
Proven experience in a CRM, Client Servicing, or Customer Relationship role.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar) and MS Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills.
Strong problem-solving ability with a customer-first approach.
