Job Summary

Taxring.com Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive / Customer Support Executive to manage client interactions, promote professional services, and support customers across India. The ideal candidate should have strong convincing skills, basic knowledge of taxation and compliance services, and the ability to handle clients efficiently through calls, emails, and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with prospective and existing clients through calls, emails, and online platforms.

• Explain and promote professional services including:

  • GST Registration & GST Filing

  • Income Tax Return Filing

  • Company / LLP / Firm Registration

  • PAN, TAN, MSME, and other statutory registrations

  • Ongoing company and business compliances (PAN India)

• Convince clients and convert leads into successful sales.

• Provide customer support by resolving queries related to filings, registrations, and compliance processes.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.

• Maintain client records, follow-ups, and sales data using Excel and computer systems.

• Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term client relationships.

• Meet assigned sales and service targets.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication and customer convincing skills.

• Basic knowledge of GST, Income Tax, company registration, and compliance services (preferred).

• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.

• Ability to handle multiple clients and work efficiently under deadlines.

• Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.

• Professional attitude with problem-solving ability.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (Commerce background preferred).

• 0–3 years of experience in sales, customer support, or professional services industry.

• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
