Sales Coordinator / Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused professional to manage lead generation, client engagement, sales coordination, and administrative support functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective client/Channel Partners from databases, digital campaigns, and referral sources, etc.

• Handle inbound client inquiries professionally.

• Explain project features, presentations, pricing, payment plans, and promotional offers.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients.

• Provide detailed information about projects, amenities, locations, and payment plans.

• Prepare and update sales reports, MIS reports, and performance trackers.

• Welcome and attend to walk-in clients and guests professionally.

• Understand client needs, budget, and property preferences.

• Provide detailed information about real estate projects, amenities, pricing, and offers.

• Coordinate and schedule site visits with sales executives.

• Ensure excellent client experience at the site/office.

• Maintain client interaction records in CRM or register.

• Follow up with potential buyers for conversions.

• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and CRM teams for lead management.

• Handle client queries and provide timely solutions.

• Assist in closing sales opportunities through relationship building.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

• Freshers with strong communication skills preferred.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong customer handling and relationship management abilities.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 0 - 5 years of experience.
